We certainly hope that you are thrilled with your order, however if for some reason you need to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery for a credit or exchange of the cost of the merchandise.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
When returning an item, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the return to us. Items should be returned in their original packaging. If you have to return an item, please take special care to make sure the item is well packed and protected. The item has to be received by us in new condition to receive a refund.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email of an approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. For items that are shipped with "Free Shipping", the actual cost of our shipping will be deducted from any refund.
